Activate specific features, known as ClickApps, for your organization and specific teams.
ClickApps can be turned on or off for the whole Workspace. Some ClickApps can be enabled for specific Spaces.
If your organization wants to organize their work with Nested Subtasks, you can activate it and set the maximum number of nested subtasks across the Workspace.
If your engineering team uses sprints, you can turn on the Sprints and Sprint Points ClickApps for the Engineering Space, without adding those features to other teams' Spaces.

Owners and admins can manage ClickApps for your Workspace and specific Spaces.
Activate or deactivate ClickApps for your Workspace
To activate or deactivate ClickApps for your Workspace:
- Access the ClickApps page:
- Open the App Center, then in the left-sidebar, click All ClickApps.
- In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar. Click Apps, and select ClickApps.
- From the Command Center, type in Open ClickApps and press

- Browse or search for a specific ClickApp.
- Click the toggle to activate or deactivate ClickApps.
- Use the dropdown menu allow you to enable ClickApps for specific Spaces.
- Click to enable additional options for ClickApps across your Workspace.
Activate or deactivate ClickApps for each Space
You can manage ClickApps for specific Spaces from App Center or each Space.
To activate or deactivate ClickApps for specific Spaces:
- Click the ellipsis next to a Space.
- Click Space Settings.
- Click All Space settings.
- Click ClickApps.
- Click to activate or deactivate ClickApps for the Space.
- Click Show more to see additional ClickApps.
- Click Done then Save Changes.
