To use Chat, an admin or owner must activate the Chat ClickApp.

Access to Chat by plan

Most Chat features can be tested on all plans. For unlimited access, certain features require you to be on specific plans.

Access to Chat by user role

All user roles can use Chat.

Certain Chat features can only be accessed by specific user roles.
