Delete tasks and Docs with attachments

Delete tasks and Docs that have attachments to save storage space. Items in the Trash do not count towards your storage limit unless you restore them.

Use the Bulk Action Toolbar to delete multiple tasks at once.

You can also delete Spaces, Folders, or Lists that include tasks with attachments to free up storage space.

Deleted items remain in the Trash for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
