Manage your Workspace storage

Check how much storage you've used in your Free Forever Plan Workspace. You can free up more space, or consider upgrading to a paid plan.

Attachments that you upload to tasks, List info, the Notepad, or Docs, including cover images uploaded from your device, take up storage.

Storage does not include the text in tasks or data related to the actual information. It only includes attachments.

What you'll need

  • Our Free Forever Plan includes 100 MB of storage.

  • All paid plans include unlimited storage.

  • Guests can upload attachments.
