What counts as a use
Uses of Tasks in Multiple Lists are counted separately from uses of Subtasks in Multiple Lists.
Uses do not reset when tasks or subtasks are deleted.

Task privacy and sharing
Tasks can be private or public based on the privacy of the task's List, Folder, or Space.
Tasks can be shared with specific permissions, either set on the task itself, or inherited from the task's List, Folder, or Space.
Tasks can also be publicly shared.
