What counts as a use
The following behavior counts as a use:
- Adding a task or subtask to another List.
- Removing a task or subtask from another List.
Uses do not reset when tasks or subtasks are deleted.

Task privacy and sharing
Tasks can be private or public based on the privacy of the task's List, Subfolder, Folder, or Space.
Tasks can be shared with specific permissions, either set on the task itself or inherited from the task's List, Subfolder, Folder, or Space.
Tasks can also be publicly shared.
Task performance limits
The following limits are enforced to improve platform performance.
