Show status progress

With the Show status progress ClickApp, you can create a linear workflow for tasks and use pie chart icons to easily show task progress right from List view.

What you'll need

  • Show status progress must be enabled by Workspace owners or admins.
  • Everyone, including guests, can use the Show status progress ClickApp.
  • Show status progress is available on all ClickUp plans.

Enable Show status progress

Admins or owners can enable or disable ClickApps.

To enable or disable the Show status progress ClickApp:

  1. In the upper-right corner, click the Quick Action menu.
  2. Click ClickApps.
  3. Scroll or search for Show status progress.
  4. Click the toggle to enable or disable the ClickApp.
  5. When enabled, you can use the dropdown above the toggle to select which Spaces you want the ClickApp enabled.

The progress shown in the pie chart is based on how close the task's current status is to a done or closed status. As a task's status progresses, the icon will be filled.

When a task is in multiple Lists, the status icon will display differently if a Space does not have this ClickApp enabled.  

Use the status menu

You can use the status progress icon to access the status menu by clicking on the icon while on List view. From here, change the status of any task by searching for the status you want or select the status from the list.

You can use the cog icon to create and manage your statuses or the ellipsis ... to choose how the total time in status is displayed.

Total time in status is a ClickApp that must be enabled by a Workspace owner or admin before using this feature.
