Switch between ClickUp 3.0 and ClickUp 4.0!

For a limited time, Workspaces that previously had ClickUp 3.0 can switch their entire Workspace back to ClickUp 3.0. Admins and owners can also try ClickUp 4.0 for themselves.

Your Workspace's ClickUp 4.0 settings also apply to the ClickUp mobile app.

Try ClickUp 4.0

Admins and owners can try 4.0 without activating it for everyone in their Workspace. 

To try ClickUp 4.0 for yourself:

1. In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar.
2. Select Settings. 
3. On the Workspace Settings page, scroll down to ClickUp 4.0.
4. Ensure that in the Workspace version dropdown, Everyone uses 3.0 is selected.
5. Click the Try 4.0 just for yourself toggle on.
   

Switch your Workspace to ClickUp 4.0

Once confident in the new experience, admins and owners can switch their entire Workspace back to 4.0.

To switch back to ClickUp 4.0:

1. In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar.
2. Select Settings. 
3. On the Workspace Settings page, scroll down to ClickUp 4.0.
4. From the Workspace version dropdown, select Everyone uses 4.0.

Switch your Workspace back to ClickUp 3.0

After 4.0 is released in your Workspace, admins and owners can switch their entire Workspace back to 3.0. Changes take effect immediately for everyone, overriding their personal settings. 

To switch back to ClickUp 3.0:

1. In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar.
2. Select Settings. 
3. On the Workspace Settings page, scroll down to ClickUp 4.0.
4. From the Workspace version dropdown, select Everyone uses 3.0.
