Every plan has the same set of default Workspace-level user role permissions for guests, limited members, members, and admins. Workspace owners have all of these permissions.
Limited members view only have permission to view items and locations that are shared with them.

Can default user role permissions be edited?
On Business Plus and Enterprise plans, default permissions can be edited or used to create custom roles. On all other plans, unless specified below, the default permissions can't be edited.
Guests only have a few default Workspace-level permissions. You can view these in the table at the bottom of this article.
Permission to invite users
There are two invite permissions available on all plans.
Permission to manage users
This table shows the default limited member, member, and admin permissions for managing Workspace users:

This permission is available on the Enterprise Plan and is gradually rolling out, so it may not be visible in your Workspace yet. Its behavior is subject to change. Some apps that only work through personal connections, like calendar connections used with Planner, may stay available even when this permission is turned off. |
