You can export your Workspace data from ClickUp at any time. 

What you'll need 

• Workspace owners or admins can export Workspace data. 
• Free Forever and Unlimited plans can export 5 List, Table, or Form views. 
• On the Business Plus and Enterprise Plans, members with the Exporting custom role permission can export.

Links to exported data will expire after one hour. 

Export Workspace data

There are several options for exporting data from your ClickUp Workspace: 

CSV Export

Workspace owners and admins can export Workspace task data as a CSV file from the Import/Export page.

Attachments in tasks

Download individual task attachments or all attachments from a task into a zip file. 

Export List or Table view

Export any List view or Table view. This feature is available on our Business Plan and above.

Export using the ClickUp API

Export data using the ClickUp API. The API is available with a standard rate limit of 100 requests/minute/token.

Doc pages

Export ClickUp Docs in several formats: PDF, HTML, or Markdown.

Exporting all Docs in bulk from a Workspace is not yet available. 

Export Dashboard cards

Workspaces on our Business Plan and above can export data from select Dashboard cards. Most cards can be exported in the following formats:

• PDF
• PNG
• JPEG
• SVG
• CSV
