Only Workspace owners can delete a Workspace or transfer Workspace ownership.

What you'll need

• Workspace ownership can be transferred on all plans.
• Only the Workspace owner can transfer ownership.
• The new owner must be part of the Workspace.

Transfer Workspace ownership

1. Open the Workspace you own.
2. In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar.
3. From the All settings sidebar, select Settings.
4. On the Workspace Settings page, scroll down to the Danger zone section.
5. Click Select new owner.
   
6. From the people picker, select the new owner.
7. Click Transfer ownership to confirm.
8. The previous owner becomes an admin in the Workspace.
