If you can't log in to your ClickUp account, follow these steps!
I forgot my ClickUp password
Use the following steps if you need to reset your password when you:
- Forgot your password
- Tried to sign up and found that you previously signed up with this email
- Tried to change your email address
- On our login page, click Forgot Password?.
- We'll email you a link to reset it.
- If the email isn't in your inbox or spam folder, contact Support.
I'm having issues with 2FA
Did you lose your phone? Not getting an authentication code?
If you're having issues with two-factor authentication (2FA):
- Ask your Workspace admin to email you a temporary login link.
- Once you're logged in, update your password and any necessary settings.
- For example, if you were locked out due to a lost device or a new phone number, you'll need to update your phone number.
- Or, if the code is being sent to the right phone number or authentication app, deactivate 2FA and contact Support.
I suddenly lost access
If you're suddenly locked out during a session or while logging in, ClickUp may be in downtime. Downtime may result in infinite loading or login issues.
If this occurs, check our status page.
I entered the wrong email address
If you entered the wrong email address while signing up for ClickUp:
You won't be able to access the confirmation code we emailed you. Contact Support.
If you entered the wrong email, or there was a typo while updating your email address:
Contact Support.
