Personal and Workspace settings menus, or avatar menus, are in the lower-left corner of your Workspace.
Depending on your user role, you'll have access to one or both menus.
What you'll need
- Everyone has access to a personal avatar menu.
- Guests may have limited access to their menu, depending on their permissions.
- Only owners and admins have access to the Workspace avatar menu.
Personal avatar menu
In the lower-left corner of their homepage, members have settings that apply just to their personal Workspace.

- My Apps: Your Workspace comes with the following apps. Your admin or owner may also have added other apps.
- Cloud Storage
- Time Tracking: Does your Workspace use our native time tracking, learn how to use it!
We also have time-tracking integrations. Time-tracking integrations are set up by an admin or owner. - Slack Notifications: Does your Workspace use the Slack integration? Learn how to enable Slack notifications and use Slack actions!
The Slack integration is set up by an admin or owner. - Apps: If any custom apps have been created by an owner or admin, you'll see them here.

Workspace avatar menu
