What you'll need
- The ClickUp mobile app is available on every ClickUp plan.
- Everyone, including guests, can use the ClickUp mobile app.
- The ClickUp mobile app is only available for iOS and Android devices.
- When using the ClickUp mobile app, time zone changes are not detected.

Mobile features

Use My Tasks on mobile to keep track of your most important tasks, calendar events, and more. In ClickUp 3.0, My Tasks is called My Work. |

In ClickUp 4.0, Chat is integrated into Home on mobile. In ClickUp 3.0, you can access Chat from the bottom of your screen on mobile. |
| SyncUps | Collaborate face-to-face with your colleagues using SyncUps on the mobile app. |
| Personal List | Quickly add items to your Personal List on the mobile app. Personal List on mobile syncs with your Personal List on ClickUp's browser and desktop applications. |

Features not available on mobile
ClickUp mobile is great for taking quick action, though certain features are too big to fit on a small screen at this time. We want to provide the most value possible without compromising the ClickUp mobile experience.
The following features are not available on the mobile app at this time:
- Whiteboards
- Gantt view

Create and edit Dashboards
- You can view Dashboards on the mobile app.
- Templates
- Billing and account settings
- Goals

Create or add new Custom Fields
- You can view Custom Fields and update many of them on the mobile app.
- Invite guests to your Workspace
- Timesheets and Timesheet approvals

Change the language on iOS
On iOS devices, you can change the language of the mobile app.
Log in troubleshooting
If you're having trouble logging into your ClickUp account on the mobile app, try an alternate method by tapping the Other Sign In Options at the bottom of your screen.
