Access your work from the More menu on mobile

Access Clips, Docs, ClickUp AI, and more from the More menu on the ClickUp mobile app.

The More menu is only available in ClickUp 4.0.

Open the More menu

To open the More menu on the mobile app:

  1. At the bottom of Home, Inbox, or My Tasks, tap More.
    • If you have recently opened a page from the More menu, the page name is displayed instead of More.
  2. Select a page to open.

The following pages can be accessed from the More menu on the mobile app:

Page Description
Clips

View all of your Clips.

To search your Clips, tap the search bar at the top.

Filter Clips by tapping one of the options below the search bar:
Docs

View all of your Docs.

To search your Docs, tap the search bar at the top.

Filter your Docs by tapping one of the options below the search bar:

  • Created by me
  • Shared with me
  • Private
  • Meeting notes
Dashboard

View all of your Dashboards.

To search your Dashboards, tap the search bar at the top.

Filter your Dashboards by tapping one of the options below the search bar:

  • Created by me
  • Shared with me
  • Private
Forms

View all of your Forms.

To search your Forms, tap the search bar at the top.

To only view Forms that you've created, tap Created by me at the top.

Spaces

View your Hierarchy.

To search your Hierarchy, tap the search bar at the top.
Notepad Open your Notepad.
Chats

Open Channels you follow and direct messages. Channels and direct messages with recent activity are displayed first. 

To search your Channels and messages, tap the search bar at the top.

Filter your conversations by tapping one of the options below the search bar:

  • Unread: Only show Channels and direct messages with unread messages.
  • DMs: Only show direct messages.
  • Channels: Only show Channels.
