What you'll need

  • SyncUps are currently available to Workspaces on all plans with access to ClickUp Chat. In the future, lower plans may have SyncUps usage limits due to the high infrastructure costs of video calling.

  • The Chat ClickApp must be activated to use SyncUps.
  • All user roles can join and create SyncUps in Channels and direct messages they have access to.
  • 200 people can be in a SyncUp at the same time. 24 people can speak at once.

Start or join SyncUps

You can start or join a SyncUp from any Channel or direct message. Once you're in the SyncUp, you can continue to navigate ClickUp.
