Use Artifacts on mobile

Create and view Artifacts on the ClickUp mobile app. Artifacts are apps, slide decks, dashboards, landing pages, and more that you can create from prompts, uploaded files, computed results, and Workspace data.

Creating or editing an Artifact consumes AI Credits. For more details on usage, open the Analytics page.

Open the Artifacts page

To open the Artifacts page on the mobile app:

  1. At the bottom of Home, Inbox, or My Tasks, tap the grid icon.
  2. Select Artifacts.

Create an Artifact

To create an Artifact on the mobile app:

  1. Open Brain.
  2. Describe your Artifact or ask for help creating one.
  3. Answer any follow up questions. Brain will share the Artifact once it is finished.

Quickly create an Artifact by tapping one of the template cards at the top of the Artifacts page.

Open an Artifact

To open an Artifact on the mobile app:

  1. Open the Artifacts page.
  2. Tap an Artifact to open it. You can use the search bar at the top or the filter tabs to find Artifacts faster.

Share or copy Artifacts

To share or copy an Artifact on the mobile app:

  1. Open the Artifacts page.
  2. Tap the Artifact to open it.
  3. In the upper-right corner, tap the share icon.

  1. Choose how to share the Artifact:
    • To share it with people outside your Workspace, tap Publish to web.
    • To give everyone in your Workspace access, tap Share with Workspace.
    • To share it with specific people or Teams, tap the Share with... button.
    • To send the Artifact to people who already have access, tap Copy ClickUp link.

Preview or download an Artifact

To preview or download an Artifact on the mobile app:

  1. Open the Artifacts page.
  2. Tap and hold the Artifact card or name.
  3. A preview of the Artifact will display with Copy URL and Download buttons below it.

Edit an Artifact

To edit an Artifact on the mobile app:

  1. Open Brain and describe the changes you want to make:
    • Open the conversation with Brain in which you created the Artifact and explain the updates.
    • Start a new conversation with Brain, paste the Artifact link, and explain the updates.
  2. Answer any follow up questions. Brain will let you know when the Artifact is updated.

Comment on an Artifact

To comment on an Artifact on the mobile app:

  1. Open the Artifacts page.
  2. Tap the Artifact to open it.
  3. In the upper-right corner, tap the comment icon.
  4. At the bottom, tap Add a new comment.
  5. Type out your comment or use Talk to Text to transcribe your voice.

Restore an earlier Artifact version

Each time an Artifact changes, a version is saved. To restore an earlier version on the mobile app:

  1. Open the Artifacts page and tap the Artifact.
  2. In the upper-right, tap the history icon.
  3. In the Version history menu, tap the version you want to restore.

Change the Artifact page layout

Change  are two Artifacts page layouts you can switch between on the mobile app:

  1. Open the Artifacts page.
  2. To the right of the search bar at the top, tap the options button.
  3. Select the Grid or List layout option.

Sort Artifacts

To sort Artifacts on the mobile app:

  1. Open the Artifacts page.
  2. To the right of the search bar at the top, tap the options button.
  3. Select a sorting option:
    • Default
    • Recently views
    • Recently modified
    • Recently created
