The Home page is your centralized place to work on the ClickUp mobile app.
Communicate with your team, navigate your Workspace, use AI, and more as soon as you open the mobile app.
What you'll need
- Home is available on every ClickUp plan.
- All user roles can use Home.
Open Home on mobile
When you open the mobile app, you're at Home by default.
You can change your default launch page in your settings.
Home tiles in ClickUp 4.0
In ClickUp 4.0, you can access several important pages from the tiles at the top of Home on the mobile app:

| Today |
View your assigned tasks that are due and today's calendar events. To change the start or due date of a task, swipe right on it and tap Reschedule. To update a task's status, swipe left on it and tap Set status. |
| Replies |
View replies to Chat threads you follow. When you open the Replies page, you'll be in the Unread tab. In this tab, you'll see all unread replies to threads you follow. To view thread replies you've already read, tap the Read tab at the top. |
| Assigned |
View all of your assigned messages and comments on one page. To resolve an assigned message or comment, tap the Resolve button above the item. To view public messages and comments assigned to someone else, tap your name in the upper-left and select a different assignee. To view only resolved comments, tap the Resolved filter at the top. |
| Activity |
View all Chat messages where you've been @mentioned, reactions to messages you've sent, and any messages that have been assigned to you. To only display messages of a certain activity type, use the filters at the top. |
| Drafts & Sent |
View all of the messages and comments that you've created, sent, and scheduled. To only display one type of message or comment, use the filters at the top. |
| Upcoming |
View your upcoming assigned tasks and calendar events by date. To change the start or due date of a task, swipe right on it and tap Reschedule. To update a task's status, swipe left on it and tap Set status. |
| Posts |
View all Channel Posts in one location. To filter Posts by type, use the filters at the top. |
Show or hide Home tiles on mobile
To show or hide Home tiles on the mobile app:
- In the upper-right corner of Home, tap the toggle icon.
- Tap the toggle to the right of any tile to show or hide it.
Home tabs in ClickUp 3.0
In ClickUp 3.0, you can access several important pages from the tabs at the top of Home on the mobile app:
| Tab | Description |
| Recents | See items and locations you recently opened on your computer or mobile device. Tap any item or location to open it. |
| Favorites | Access your favorites, Tray, and LineUp. Tap any item or location to open it. |
| Spaces | Search or scroll for the Spaces, Folders, Lists, and Docs in your Workspace. Tap any location to open it. You can create new Spaces, Folders, Lists, or Docs in each location by tapping the plus icon. |
| Docs |
Search or scroll for Docs in your Workspace. Tap any Doc to open it. You can choose how results are sorted by tapping Recents in the upper-left corner. |
| Dashboards | Search or scroll for Dashboards in your Workspace. Tap any Dashboard to open it. You can choose how results are sorted by tapping Recents in the upper-left corner. |
| My Work | Use My Work to keep track of your most important tasks, reminders, and calendar events. |
| Calendar |
See upcoming calendar events from your Google or Outlook calendar. The Google and Outlook calendar integrations can only be set up from the desktop app or a browser. |
| Setup |
Reorder your Home tabs. You can also reorder your Home tabs by tapping and holding any of the tabs. |
Home sections on mobile
In ClickUp 4.0, your default and custom sections are listed beneath the tiles on Home on the mobile app.
Custom sections can only be created using a browser or the desktop app.
Add Channels or direct messages to a custom section
To add a Channel or direct message to a custom section:
- Tap and hold the Channel or direct message.
- Select Favorite.
- Tap the custom section.
Reorder Home sections on mobile
To reorder your Home sections on the mobile app in ClickUp 4.0:
- In the upper-right corner of Home, tap the toggle icon.
- Tap and drag sections to reorder them.
Show or hide the Recents section on mobile
To show or hide the Recents section from Home on the mobile app in ClickUp 4.0:
- In the upper-right corner of Home, tap the toggle icon.
- Tap the toggle next to Recents to show or hide it.
Use AI from Home on mobile
Use ClickUp Brain to get updates, summaries, and more from your mobile device!
To access ClickUp Brain, tap the AI icon in the upper-right corner of Home.
Prioritize unread messages
By default, Channels and direct messages with unread messages are displayed at the top of Home.
To view unread and read Channels and direct messages side by side:
- In the upper-right corner of Home, tap the toggle icon.
- Swipe vertically and tap the toggle next to Push unreads to the top.
Search your Workspace from Home on mobile
To search your Workspace from Home on the mobile app:
- At the top, tap Search to open the AI Command Bar.

Type a keyword or phrase.
Use the filters at the top to narrow your results.
Switch Workspaces from Home on mobile
To switch Workspaces from Home on the mobile app:
- At the top of Home, tap the Workspace name.
- Select a Workspace from the dropdown menu.
Access your Profile from Home on mobile
To open your Profile from Home on the mobile app, tap your avatar in the upper-right corner.
Here you can edit your Profile, access your settings, or update your status!
Invite people to your Workspace from Home on mobile
You can invite members to your Workspace from Home on the mobile app!
