Use My Tasks on mobile

Keep track of your most important tasks, reminders, comments, and more from the My Tasks page on the ClickUp mobile app! Never miss an important task or meeting again!

What you'll need

Open My Tasks on mobile

To open My Tasks on mobile, tap My Tasks at the bottom of Home, Inbox, or any page accessible from the More menu.

Search tasks from My Tasks on mobile

Search your Workspace for tasks, Docs, Channels, locations, and more by tapping the search bar at the top of My Tasks.

Access your work from My Tasks

There are several pages you can access from My Tasks on the mobile app:

Page Description
Today

View and interact with your assigned tasks and Google or Outlook calendar events:

  • To open a task, tap it.
  • To update a task's status, swipe left on it and tap Set a status.
  • To change the start or due date of a task, swipe right on it and tap Reschedule.
  • To view details about a calendar event, tap it.

To view past or future tasks and events, swipe vertically. You can view a specific date in the future by swiping through the dates at the top of the page. 

To view all of your overdue tasks, tap Overdue in the upper-left corner.

To create a new task, tap New below any day. This day will automatically become the task's due date.

My Priorities

View your Personal Priorities.

To change the start or due date of a task, swipe right on it and tap Reschedule.

To remove a task from your Personal Priorities, swipe left on it and tap Clear.
Upcoming

View and interact with upcoming tasks and events using the same layout as the Today page. 

To create a new task, tap New below any day. This day will automatically become the task's due date.
My Tasks

View and interact with all of your assigned tasks:

  • Sort tasks by due date, Priority, status, and more by tapping Sort by at the top.
  • To change the start or due date of a task, swipe right on it and tap Reschedule.
  • To update a task's status, swipe left on it and tap Set status.
Reminders

View all of your legacy reminders.

To change the due date of a reminder, swipe right on it and tap Reschedule.

To complete a reminder, swipe left on it and tap Complete.
Comments

View all important comments and messages in one place.

To open a comment or message, tap it. To resolve it, tap Resolve.

There are five tabs at the top you can use:

  • Assigned to me: View all unresolved comments and messages that are assigned to you. Tap any of the filters at the top to activate them.
  • Mentions & Reactions: View all comments and messages that mention you and reactions to comments and messages you've sent. Tap any of the filters at the top to activate them.
  • Scheduled: View all of your scheduled comments and messages.
  • Drafts: View all of your comment and message drafts.
  • Sent: View all of your sent comments and messages. To view someone else's public comments and messages, tap your name at the top.
My Lists

Navigate to your recent Lists.

To create a new List, tap the plus icon to the right of My Lists.

The following Lists are displayed in this section:

  • Up to 30 Lists that you recently viewed or searched
  • Up to 10 Lists that you created from My Lists

When swiping through this section, the other pages are displayed as floating tabs at the top.
