Task views

Task views are different ways of viewing tasks.

With different ways of grouping, sorting, and filtering, you control how you see your tasks.

Plus, you can save your views for everyone else to see!

List view:
The most common way to easily manage and prioritize your tasks.

List is a required task view for every Space, Folder, and List in ClickUp. It's the most flexible view in terms of grouping, sorting, and filtering.

Board view:
Board view is the go-to view for agile teams.

This view lets you visualize tasks by status. You can drag-and-drop tasks to easily move them through your workflow.

Calendar view:

Calendar view is your place for planning, scheduling, and resource management. Sync your Google Calendar and more!

Team view:

Team view is great for project managers.
Team view shows you what people are working on, what they've finished, and everyone's capacity.

Gantt view:
Use Gantt view to plan out projects, manage time spent, and set deadlines. You can even track Milestones and export your Gantt as a PDF.

Activity view:
Add an Activity view anywhere in your Workspace to see all of the work in that location.

Timeline view:
Visualize your schedule linearly with flexible organization. Timeline view is perfect for roadmaps, planning, and resource management.

Workload view:
Enable this ClickApp for your entire Workspace to visualize team capacity and manage resources.

Mind Maps:
Create a Mind Map of your tasks or a free-form Mind Map for planning projects or organizing ideas. Link, create, edit, and delete tasks (and subtasks) right from your view!

Check out our new Mind Map feature in Whiteboards!

Table view:
In Table view, every row is the same height, every field is a column, and by default, there is no separation by List or status.

Table view is great for analyzing a lot of info at once.

Map view:
Looking for your next job location, real estate listing, or delivery address for an upcoming task?

Coupled with the Location Custom Field, Map view allows you to clearly see where your tasks are located!
