Use Map view

Looking for your next job location, real estate listing, or delivery address of an upcoming task?

Coupled with the Location Custom Field, clearly see where your tasks, destinations, or any relevant location falls on a map! Pins can be customized to display the color of the task status, priority, or even a custom dropdown field.

What you'll need

Add a Map view

You can add a Map view at any level of the ClickUp Hierarchy:

  1. Open the Views modal.

    • In ClickUp 2.0 from your Views Bar, you'll click + View.
    • In ClickUp 3.0 from your Views Bar, you'll click + Add.
  2. Select Map.

  3. Enter a name for this view.

  4. Check the Private view box if you don't want anyone else to access it.

  5. Check the Pin view box if you want it to always display.

  6. Click Add View.

Use a Map view

Choose which Location Custom Field to show on Map view. Switch between other Location Custom Fields or create different views for each.

Tasks with an address will display as a point on the Map. If two or more tasks have the same address, only one will display. Choose how location markers are colored:

  • Default (Workspace theme color)

  • Priority

  • Status

  • Custom Field (any dropdown with colors set)

Map View Sidebar

See tasks that have no location filled in from the sidebar. This will display all the tasks that don't have a location set per the selection Location Custom Field.
