Add a view to provide a different focus on your and your team's work.
You can see individual tasks on a List, Board, or Calendar view. You can see how tasks are connected on Gantt view. You can use Team or Workload view to see how work is distributed among team members.
Add a view
Each Space, Folder, and List you create has a List and Board view by default. You can choose which other views are included by default in the default view settings.
To add more views:

At the top of a Space, Folder, or List in the Views Bar, click + View. In the lower-right corner of the Views modal, there are two options:

Private view: Check this box if you don't want anyone else to access this view.

Pin view: Check this box if you want the view to always display in your Views Bar.

Select or search for a view.

The view will open. You can name and customize it using the Customize menu to the right of the view.
