Pin your most-used tasks, Docs, Lists, and more to your toolbar for quick access.

Pinning items to the top is a ClickUp 4.0 feature.  

If you're using ClickUp 3.0, you can pin the Favorites menu.

Pinning items to the top is available on every ClickUp Plan to all user roles. 

What can be pinned to the top?

The following items can be pinned to the top:

• Spaces, Folders, Subfolders, and Lists
• Tasks
• Docs
• Dashboards
• Whiteboards
• Forms

Pin an item to the top

Items pinned to the top of your Workspace remain there until removed.

To pin an item to the top:

1. Click the item's ellipsis... menu.
   • If the item lives in your Home Sidebar, you can right-click it.
2. Hover over Favorite and select Top.
3. The item will be pinned to the top of your Workspace until removed.

Reorder items at the top

You can reorder items pinned to the top by dragging and dropping them. 

Unpin an item from the top

To remove an item from the top of your Workspace:

1. In the upper-left corner, hover over the pinned item.
2. Click the x icon.
