Do you want even fewer clicks? Bookmark the Workspace locations you use the most with the Favorite setting to save more time!
Your Favorites are unique to you. They can be displayed in your Sidebar or pinned to the top of your Workspace.
What you'll need
Any ClickUp Plan has access to the Favorite setting.
Guests with view-only permissions can create Favorites.

Create your Favorites
You can Favorite these locations in your Workspace:
Once you know your most popular Workspace locations:
Navigate to the first location you want to Favorite.
Click the ellipsis ... to open the Settings menu.
Select Favorite to save that location to your Favorites menu.
Repeat as you find more locations to Favorite.
Note: The location of the Ellipsis ... menu varies between features and views. You can only add specific views at the Everything level to your Favorites.
Use your Favorites menu
After saving your Favorites you can navigate to those locations using fewer clicks:
From Sidebar click Favorites to expand the Favorites menu.
Click the location you want open.
Pin your Favorites menu
To save another click, pin your entire Favorites menu to your Workspace:
From the left Sidebar, hover over Favorites and click the pin icon.
Favorites now appear at the top of your Workspace.
