Add the Workspace locations you use the most to the Favorites menu to save more time!
Your favorites are unique to you. Your favorited items can be displayed in your Sidebar or pinned to the top of your Workspace.
What you'll need
- The Favorites menu is available on all ClickUp plans.
- Everyone, including guests, can create favorites.
Available favorites
You can favorite the following locations and items in your Workspace:
- Dashboards
- Views (including views at the Everything level)
- Spaces
- Folders
- Lists
- Tasks
- Docs
- Pages
- Sprints
- Current Sprint
Add a favorite
Adding a favorite differs depending on the item or location.
To favorite a task:
- Open the task.
- In the upper-right corner, click the star icon.
To favorite a Space, Folder, or List:
- In the Sidebar, navigate to the Space, Folder, or List.
- Click the ellipsis ... and select Add to Favorites.
To favorite a view:
- In the Views Bar, click the view name.
- Select Add to favorites.
To favorite a Doc:
- Open the Doc.
- In the upper-right corner, click the star icon.
Pin the Favorites menu
To quickly access your favorites, pin them to the top of your Workspace.
- In the Sidebar, hover over Favorites.
- Click the pin icon.
- Favorites will now display under your Workspace search bar.
