Favorites

Bookmark the Workspace locations you use the most with the Favorite setting to save more time!

Your Favorites are unique to you. They can be displayed in your Sidebar or pinned to the top of your Workspace.

You can Favorite the following locations and items in your Workspace:

Add a Favorite

Adding a Favorite differs depending on the item or location. 

To Favorite a task:

  1. Open the task. 
  2. In the upper-right corner, click the star icon. 

To Favorite a Space, Folder, or List:

  1. In the Sidebar, navigate to the Space, Folder, or List. 
  2. Click the ellipsis ... and select Add to favorites

To Favorite a view:

  1. In the Views Bar, click the view name.
  2. Select Add to favorites

To Favorite a Doc: 

  1. Open the Doc. 
  2. In the upper-right corner, click the star icon. 

Once you've added a Favorite Doc, you can open it from anywhere in your Workspace using the Favorites section in your Sidebar

Pin the Favorites menu

To quickly access your Favorites, pin them to the top of your Workspace.

  1. In the Sidebar, hover over Favorites.
  2. Click the pin icon.
