Track your Workspace's ClickUp AI add-on usage

The AI usage dashboard tracks your Workspace's AI use with feature-by-feature details. You can also purchase AI add-ons from the dashboard.

Admins and members can view the AI usage dashboard. 

Open your AI usage dashboard

To access your detailed AI usage dashboard:

  1. In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the All settings sidebar, click AI Usage.

View total AI Super Credit usage

In the Total usage table, see your total monthly AI Super Credit usage. For a summary of all of your active AI Super Credits, hover over the info icon.

View your usage breakdown

In the Usage breakdown table, see the total AI Super Credit cost by feature. 

If you have the Everything AI add-on or the Brain AI add-on, you'll see the word included in this table next to the features included with the add-on.

View your Super Agents usage breakdown

In the Super Agents usage breakdown table, you'll see a list of Super Agents. Click the expand icon to the right of the creator to view the Agent's usage details.

To open an Agent's activity and assigned tasks, click its name. To search for a specific Super Agent, in the upper-right corner of the Super Agents usage breakdown table, type its name into the search bar.

There are privacy, security, and permissions that only apply to Super Agents. Learn more

View the additional add-on section

The last table in the AI Usage dashboard shows any AI add-ons you've purchased in addition to AI Super Credits.

If no other AI add-ons are active in your Workspace, you can purchase one here. 

View AI usage from anywhere

If you want to quickly see a usage overview without opening your dashboard, hover over the Super Credits number in the lower-right corner of the AI Hub sidebar.

You'll see how many AI Super Credits have been used, how many remain, and a usage percentage. To open your AI usage dashboard, click the dashboard icon in the upper-right corner.

If you're an admin, you can purchase more AI Super Credits by clicking Add AI Super Credits.

Usage notification

You'll be notified via a banner when your Workspace is at 80% and 100% of your AI usage. At just over 100% of usage, you won't be able to access premium features until they renew the following month.

To avoid interruption of your premium features, you can purchase more AI Super Credits. To avoid future disruption in your AI productivity, you can set up overage protection. 

Purchase AI Super Credits and overage protection

To add AI Super Credits:

  1. In the upper-right corner of your AI usage dashboard, click Add credits.
  2. Select a suggested amount or click Custom to add more credits in $10 increments.
    • To avoid interruption of your premium features click the Avoid interruption toggle to set up overage protection. 
      • You can also purchase overage protection when purchasing AI Super Credits from the add-ons tab of your Workspace's Billing page. 
    • If you trigger overage protection by using all of your AI Super Credits, your credit pack size will be upgraded upon your next renewal.
    • To deactivate overage protection, click the toggle off.

  3. Click Get credits to checkout. 

Increase, reduce, or cancel monthly AI Super Credits

During your billing cycle, you can adjust or cancel your monthly AI Super Credits at any time. 

To adjust or cancel your AI Super Credits after your initial purchase:

  1. Open the billing page.
  2. At the top, click the Add-ons tab.
  3. In the AI Super Credits section, click Cancel, Reduce monthly credits, or Increase monthly credits. You can also edit your overage protection here by clicking the Avoid interruption toggle off, or clicking the pencil icon to edit your monthly overage protection spend limit. 
    • If you cancel or reduce your credit, it will take effect at the end of your monthly credit billing cycle.
    • If you increase your AI Super Credits, you'll be directed to the checkout page where you can purchase additional AI Super Credits. 

Track a Super Agent's activity

Use the Super Agents audit log to track the success or failure status of your Super Agents.
