Invite people from a message

To invite people to your Workspace from a message:

1. Type @ followed by the person's email address.
2. Click Invite.
   
3. From the dropdown, select a user role.
4. Click Send invite.

Invite people from a Channel

Invite people when creating a Channel or from the Followers sidebar.

Invite people when creating a Channel

To invite people to your Workspace when creating a Channel:

1. After clicking Create, you'll be prompted to add Followers to the new Channel.
2. Type in the person's full email address and click Invite.
3. The person will be invited to your Workspace. Once they accept the invitation, they will have access to the Channel you invited them from.

Invite people from the Followers sidebar

To invite people to your Workspace from the Followers sidebar:

1. In the upper-right corner of the Channel, click the Followers icon.
2. Type @ followed by the person's email address.
   

   People invited to a location-based Channel will also have access to the Channel's location. 

3. Click Invite.
   
4. From the dropdown, select a user role.
5. Click Send invite.
