To use Super Agents, you'll need to activate the AI ClickApp for your Workspace.
If you want to communicate with Super Agents via Chat, you'll need to activate the Chat ClickApp.
What is AI Hub?
From AI Hub, you can chat with Brain and work with Super Agents.
Open the AI Hub
Guests and limited members can't access Super Agents. These user roles will only see Ask AI and Recent Chats.
In your Global Navigation, select AI.
If you don't see AI in your Global Navigation:
- Click More.
- Select AI.
- To keep AI Hub visible in your Global Navigation, pin it.
The AI Hub sidebar
The AI Hub sidebar is organized into these pages and sections:

Close, re-open, or resize the AI Hub sidebar
To close the AI Hub sidebar, hover the AI Hub sidebar and click the arrows icon at the top. Or use the keyboard shortcut Cmd + \ on a Mac or Ctrl + \ on a PC.
To re-open the AI Hub sidebar, at the top of the Global Navigation, click the arrows icon.
To resize the AI Hub sidebar:
- Hover over the left sidebar divider.
- Drag it left or right to resize it.
- To reset the size, double-click.
- To reset the size, double-click.
Chat with Brain
To chat with Brain:
- In the AI left sidebar, click Ask or Create.
- Ensure that the Ask tab is selected.

Find a Super Agent
To find a Super Agent:
- In the AI sidebar, click All Agents. To see only Super Agents you created, select My Agents.
- Search, filter, or sort Super Agents to find what you need.
AI Hub filters
The following table describes the filters available when you open the All Super Agents page in the AI Hub:

| Model | Search by the external AI model that the Agent uses. |
| Created by | Search or browse for the person who created the Super Agent. Select the name to filter for all of the Super Agents they created. |
| Managed by | Search or browse for the person who manages the Super Agent. Select the name to filter for all of the Super Agents they manage. |
| Tools | Search or browse for a Brain AI tool. Check the box to the right of the tool to filter for all Super Agents that use that tool. |

Click the Sort dropdown for these options:

Super Agents page layouts
You can view the All Super Agents or My Super Agents page in a gallery view or list view.
Gallery view
Gallery view displays each Super Agent's avatar.
To open gallery view, click the grid icon in the upper-right corner.
List view
List view displays each Super Agent in a table with customizable columns.
To open list view, click the list icon in the upper-right corner.
Each Super Agent is a row in a table. The table columns can be moved, sorted, and hidden. The Name column can't be moved.
Hide or show list view columns
By default, some AI Hubs' columns are hidden. Any column except Name can be hidden.
To hide a column or show a hidden column:
- In the upper-right corner of the table, click the plus icon.
- To hide or show a column, click its toggle off or on.
Sort Super Agents
From AI Hub's List view, you can sort most of the columns.
To sort columns:
- Click the column.
- Click the column again to change the sort order.
- Click the column a third time to stop sorting by that column.
Reorder columns
To reorder columns in AI Hub's list view:
- You can click and drag any visible column except Name to reorder it.
- To, in the upper-right corner, click the plus icon. Then grab the column's drag handle to reorder it.
Available columns
The following table describes the columns available in AI Hub's list view:

| Name | The Super Agent's name. |
| Status | The Super Agent is either online or offline, indicating that it is activated or deactivated. |
| Creator | The person who created the Super Agent. |
| Managed By |
The people with Can manage permissions for this Super Agent. Can manage permissions allow you to:

| Date created | The date the Super Agent was created. |
| Date updated | The date the Super Agent was last updated. |
| Agent Feedback | A percentage indicating the up and down votes the Super Agent has received. |
| Model | The AI model selected for the Super Agent. |
| Schedules |
The number of scheduled jobs the Super Agent has configured using the Scheduled trigger. Jobs are the actions the Super Agent can task, as defined by the tools that it is given. For example, posting a task comment or generating an image. |
| Avg Cost | The average cost per job for the entire time the Super Agent has been active. This is shown in USD. |
| Last Job Time | The time elapsed since the Super Agent was last triggered, based on the job start time. |
| # of Jobs | Hover over the column to see the exact time and day. |
| Jobs in Progress | The number of currently active jobs. If there are no currently active jobs, you'll see a dash in the column. |

Interact with Super Agents from gallery view
There are multiple ways to interact with a Super Agent from gallery view:

Edit or chat with a Super Agent by hovering over it and clicking the Chat icon.
Use Talk to Text to transcribe your voice!
- Clone, deactivate, open, or delete a Super Agent by hovering over it and clicking the ellipsis ... icon.
Deactivating a Super Agent temporarily pauses it. While paused, the Super Agent won't respond to triggers. To allow it to run, you can reactivate it.
Deactivating a Super Agent has no impact on the Super Agent's audit log.
Interact with Super Agents from list view
There are multiple ways to interact with a Super Agent from list view:
- Edit or chat with a Super Agent by hovering over its name and clicking the Chat icon.
- Clone, deactivate, open, or delete a Super Agent by clicking the ellipsis ... icon to the right.
- Open a Super Agent's profile by hovering over it its name and clicking the profile icon.
Deactivating a Super Agent temporarily pauses it. While paused, the Super Agent won't respond to triggers. To allow it to run, you can reactivate it.
Deactivating a Super Agent has no impact on the Super Agent's audit log.
Interact with Super Agents from their profile
To interact with a Super Agent from its profile:
- Open a Super Agent's profile.
- Take action to message, share, customize, and activate the Super Agent.
- Edit the Super Agent's Instructions, triggers, tools, and knowledge.
Super Agent profile settings
When you open a Super Agent's profile, the following options are displayed directly below the Super Agent's name:

For Super Agents that have a Scheduled trigger, click Run to preview how the Agent will run. For Super Agents without a Scheduled trigger, Run opens a DM with the Agent. |
| Ellipsis ... menu | Copy URL: Copy the Super Agent's URL. |
| Deactivate or Activate Super Agent: Temporarily pause the Super Agent. While paused, the Super Agent won't respond to triggers. To allow it to run, you can activate it. | |
| Delete Super Agent: Once deleted, Super Agents can't be viewed or restored. |
