Use the AI Hub to manage Super Agents and use ClickUp AI from a single centralized location.

To use Super Agents, you'll need to use ClickUp 4.0 and activate the AI ClickApp for your Workspace.

If you want to interact with Super Agents via Chat, you'll need to activate the Chat ClickApp.

Open the AI Hub

Guests and limited members can't access Super Agents. These user roles will only see Ask AI and Recent Chats.

In your Global Navigation, select AI

If you don't see AI in your Global Navigation:

  1. Click More.
  2. Select AI.
    • To keep AI Hub visible in your Global Navigation, pin it.

The AI Hub sidebar is organized into these pages and sections:

Super Agent

Open this page to create a new Super Agent

You can also use our Super Agent catalog here to easily create and customize Agents that are perfect for your workflow.

Ask AI Open this page to use Brain Assistant and other AI features.
All Super Agents Open this page to see all the Super Agents in your Workspace. 
My Super Agents Open this page to see all the Super Agents you've created. 
Audit Logs Open this page to see the details of your Super Agents' activity.
Recent Super Agents This section contains the Super Agents that have most recently run or been opened.
Recent Chats This section contains your conversations with Brain Assistant.

Find a Super Agent

To find a Super Agent:

  1. In the AI left sidebar, click All Super Agents
    To see only Super Agents you created, select My Super Agents.
  2. Browse Super Agents.
  3. At the top of the Super Agents Hub, apply a filter.

AI Hub filters

The following table describes the filters available in the AI Hub:

Filter Description and options
Status

Click the Status dropdown for these options:

  • All: View all Super Agents.
  • Online: View activated Super Agents.
  • Offline: View deactivated Super Agents. 
Tools Search or browse for a ClickUp AI tool. Check the box to the right of the tool to filter for all Super Agents that use that tool. 
Created by Search or browse for the person who created the Super Agent. Select the name to filter for all of the Super Agents they created. 
Managed by Search or browse for the person who manages the Super Agent. Select the name to filter for all of the Super Agents they manage. 
Sort

Click the Sort dropdown for these options:

  • Default: By default, Super Agents are sorted by last created.
  • A–Z: Sort alphabetically. 
  • Z–A: Sort in reverse-alphabetical order. 
  • First Created: Sort by first created.
  • Last Created: Sort by last created. 
Search Search for the Super Agent by name.

Super Agents page layouts

You can view the Super Agents page in a gallery view or list view.

Change the Super Agent page layout

To switch between layouts, click the icons in the upper-right corner of the AI Hub.

Gallery view

Gallery view displays each Super Agent's avatar.

List view

List view displays each Super Agent in a table with customizable columns.

Each Super Agent is a row in a table. The table columns can be moved, sorted, and hidden. 

The Name column can't be moved or hidden.

Sort Super Agents

From AI Hub's List view, you can sort the Name, Status, Created At, and Agent Feedback columns. 

To sort columns:

  • Click the column.
  • Click the column again to change the sort order.
  • Click the column a third time to stop sorting by that column.

Reorder columns

To reorder columns in AI Hub's list view:

  • You can click and drag any column other than Name to reorder it.
  • Or in the upper-right corner, click the plus icon. Then click and drag a column to reorder it.

Show or hide list view columns

To show or hide columns in AI Hub's list view:

  1. In the upper-right corner, click the plus icon.
  2. Click the toggles to activate or deactivate each column.

Available columns

The following table describes the columns available in AI Hub's list view:

Column Description
Name The Super Agent's name. 
Status The Super Agent is either online or offline, indicating that it is activated or deactivated.
Creator The person who created the Super Agent. 
Managed By

The people with Can manage permissions for this Super Agent. 

Can manage permissions allow you to:

Created At The date the Super Agent was created. 
Credits Used The number of credits used by the Super Agent. 
Agent Feedback A percentage indicating the up and down votes the Super Agent has received. 

Interact with Super Agents from AI Hub

Interact with Super Agents right from the AI Hub.

You can Message, view, deactivate, activate, or delete a Super Agent.

Deactivating a Super Agent temporarily pauses it. While paused, the Super Agent won't respond to triggers. To allow it to run, you can activate it. 

Deactivating a Super Agent has no impact on the Super Agent's audit log.

Interact with Super Agents from gallery view

To interact with a Super Agent from gallery view:

  1. Find and hover over a Super Agent.
  2. Click the Super Agent's avatar or name to open the its profile.
  3. Click the message icon to open a direct message (DM) with the Super Agent.
  4. Or, click the ellipsis ... icon to 
    • View the Super Agent.
    • Deactivate or Activate the Super Agent.
    • Delete the Super Agent.

Interact with Super Agents from list view

To interact with a Super Agent from list view:

  1. Find and hover over a Super Agent.
  2. Next to the Super Agent's name:
    • Click the message icon to open a direct message (DM) with the Super Agent.
    • Click the profile icon to open the Super Agent's profile.

  3. On the far right, click the ellipsis ... icon to:
    1. View the Super Agent.
    2. Deactivate or Activate the Super Agent.
    3. Delete the Super Agent.

Interact with Super Agents from their profile

To interact with a Super Agent from its profile:

  1. Find and open a Super Agent's profile.
  2. Take action to message, share, customize, and activate the Super Agent.
  3. Edit the Super Agent's Instructions, triggers, tools, and knowledge.

Super Agent settings

The following table describes the settings available with Super Agents from the AI Hub and the top of a Super Agent's profile:

Settings Description
Message Click the message icon to DM the Super Agent. 
View Super Agent

Open the Super Agent's profile. 

If you don't have access, you will see a message to request access from the Super Agent's manager. 

Deactivate or Activate Super Agent Temporarily pause the Super Agent. While paused, the Super Agent won't respond to triggers. To allow it to run, you can activate it. 
Delete Super Agent Once deleted, Super Agents can't be viewed or restored.

Monthly Usage

You can see your Workspace's monthly AI credit usage in the lower-right corner of the AI Hub Sidebar. Hover over the number to see usage details.

If you're an admin, you can purchase more credits by clicking Add credits.
