New plans and pricing options

Some Workspaces see a new set of plans that include more ClickUp AI.

The new plans are available to a limited number of Workspaces. A full rollout to all Workspaces is planned. Pricing and packaging are subject to change.

What does not change

Your current plan and price stay exactly the same. Only the available upgrade options change. 

  • Your plan stays the same. You are not moved to a new plan automatically.
  • No features are removed from your plan.
  • The only difference is which plans are offered to you when you upgrade.

New plans

The new plans include AI instead of selling it as separate add-ons. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Features listed as unlimited do not use credits.

Adding seats

Adding users does not move you to the new pricing. You keep your current per-user rate.

Which Workspaces see the new plans

The new plans are offered to:

  • Workspaces created after the launch
  • All Free Forever Workspaces
  • A small number of paid Workspaces

The Max Plan

The Max Plan includes all features in the Enterprise plan, maximum premium model usage, multiple unlimited AI features, and the most credits for SuperAgents.

Premium models

Every plan can use the same premium models. The difference is how much premium model usage each plan includes. Higher plans include more.

Capabilities like custom skills, context, memory, and artifact creation work on any plan. Higher plans give you more premium model usage for them.

When a Workspace uses all of its premium model usage, ClickUp switches to standard models. Standard models are great for day-to-day work. Premium models are best for intensive work and deep research.

MCP limits

On the new plans, ClickUp MCP usage is subject to the following daily rate limits by plan:

  • Free Forever Plan: 100 calls per 24 hours.
  • Core Plan: 300 calls per 24 hours.
  • Business Plan: 1,000 calls per 24 hours.
  • Business Plus Plan: 2,500 calls per 24 hours.
  • Enterprise Plan: 25,000 calls per 24 hours.
  • Max: No MCP limits. 

This limit applies to your entire Workspace. Every MCP client connected to the same Workspace draws from the same pool of calls. ClickUp's per-minute API rate limits apply to MCP usage across all plans.

Unlimited AI features are subject to ClickUp's fair usage policy, which maintains platform performance and reliability across all workspaces. No additional charges apply. Any temporary throttling resets without user action.
