Explore the hierarchy in ClickUp 4.0

In ClickUp 4.0, you can quickly browse the Hierarchy from the navigation breadcrumbs.

From the location menu, you can take the following actions:

• Click on the location name to browse the Folders and Lists within the current Space.
• Create new Lists.
• Copy a link to the current location.
• Edit the current location's settings.

Create a new List in ClickUp 4.0

In ClickUp 4.0, you can also quickly create new Lists from any location:

1. Click the location name to browse your current location.
2. Hover over a Space or Folder.
3. Click the plus icon to create a new List.

In ClickUp 4.0, from the location header:

1. Click on the current Space, Folder, or List.
2. Click the link icon to copy a link to the current Space, Folder, or List.

Edit location settings

In ClickUp 4.0, from the location header:

1. Click on the current Space, Folder, or List.
2. Click the ellipsis ... icon to edit the Space, Folder, or List settings.

Explore the hierarchy in ClickUp 3.0

In ClickUp 3.0, you can navigate the Hierarchy using navigation breadcrumbs. The options available vary based on your current location.

From a Folder:

• Click on the Space to navigate to the Space.

From a List:

• Click the Space name or Folder name to navigate to those locations.
