View more details about each location by expanding the location header.

The location header can only be expanded or collapsed in ClickUp 3.0.

Expanded location header

When expanded, the following items are displayed directly above the views bar:

• The name of the location in large text.

• The first two lines of the location description.

  To display the entire description:

  1. Click the description icon or the existing description.
  2. Click the toggle to pin it for added visibility.
• The ellipsis icon to access location settings.
• The add task button.
• When hovering over the location header you can edit location fields.

The following items are shown in the navigation breadcrumbs:

• The ellipsis menu to access location settings.

To collapse the location header, click the arrow icon on the far right.

When collapsed, the following options appear to the right of the navigation breadcrumbs:

• The ellipsis icon to access location settings.
• When hovering over the location header:
  • Description
  • Color
  • Assignee
  • Priority
  • Dates

To expand the location header, click the arrow icon on the far right.
