Limited members and limited members read only
For full details about these user roles, see our Owner, admin, and member-type user roles article. Following is a quick summary:
-
Limited members read only: This role is available on the Unlimited Plan and above.
Limited members read only have view-only permissions by default. They cannot be given comment, edit, or full permissions to a location or item. -
Limited members: This role is available on all plans. Unlike guests, limited members can be invited to and create Spaces!
On Unlimited Plans and above, when you share a location or item with a limited member, you can give them view-only, comment, or edit permissions to that location or item. This affects their default permissions.
