See who has access to your Workspace

You can see the members and guests who have been invited or joined your Workspace from the Manage people page.

You can also change user roles, check who has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, and see when people were last active.

See which members and guests have been invited and joined your Workspace.

  1. Click your Workspace avatar then select Manage users
  2. Find specific members or guests using the options available:

    • Choose the Full members, Guests, External Guests, or Internal Guests tab.

    • Find members and guests using the search bar at the upper-left.

    • Sort members and guests by name, email, and the date they were last active.

Change user roles

You can assign a new user role for admins, members, and guests from the People settings page.

See who has 2FA enabled

You can quickly see which users have 2FA enabled.

Monitor user activity

Gain insight into which of your teammates have been recently active in ClickUp.

Along with Pulse and Profiles, the Last active column on the people settings page is a great way for Workspace owners and admins to monitor how much their teammates are making use of the platform.
