Need to review who has been invited and joined your Workspace? Workspace owners and admins can review who has been invited or joined from the People settings page.
You can also change user roles, see who has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), and see when people were last active.

View members and guests
See which members and guests have been invited and joined your Workspace.

Click your Workspace avatar in the lower-left corner

Select People

Find specific members or guests using the options available:

Choose the full members or guests tab

Find members and guests using the search bar at the top-left

Sort members and guests by name, email, and the date they were last active

Change user roles
You can assign a new user role for admins, members, and guests from the people settings page.

Click an individual person's current role

Select a different user role to convert the user to a member, admin, guest, or custom role

The user's role and associated permissions are updated instantly

See who has 2FA enabled
Only Workspace owners or admins can access People settings to view the members and guests in their Workspace.

Click your Workspace avatar in the lower-left corner

Select People

Check the Security column for the two-factor authentication icon to see who has enabled 2FA

Monitor user activity
Gain insight into which of your teammates have been recently active in ClickUp.
Along with Pulse and Profiles, the Last active column on the people settings page is a great way for Workspace owners and admins to monitor how much their teammates are making use of the platform.
