Need to review who has been invited and joined your Workspace? Workspace owners and admins can review who has been invited or joined from the People settings page.
You can also change user roles, see who has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), and see when people were last active.

Only Workspace owners and admins can manage People settings for a Workspace.
View members and guests
See which members and guests have been invited and joined your Workspace.

Click your Workspace avatar.
- In ClickUp 2.0, this is located in the lower-left corner.
- In ClickUp 3.0, this is located in the upper-left corner.

Open the People settings page.
- In ClickUp 2.0, click People.
- In ClickUp 3.0, click Manage users.

Find specific members or guests using the options available:

Choose the full members or guests tab.

Find members and guests using the search bar at the upper-left.

Sort members and guests by name, email, and the date they were last active.

Change user roles
You can assign a new user role for admins, members, and guests from the People settings page.
See who has 2FA enabled
You can quickly see which users have 2FA enabled.
Monitor user activity
Gain insight into which of your teammates have been recently active in ClickUp.
Along with Pulse and Profiles, the Last active column on the people settings page is a great way for Workspace owners and admins to monitor how much their teammates are making use of the platform.
