Once someone is invited to your Workspace, you can immediately assign, mention, add them to Teams, and more!
What you'll need
- Owners and admins can invite members to join their Workspace from the mobile app.
- Guests can not be invited to your Workspace on the mobile app.
- You can invite people to join a Workspace on any ClickUp plan.
- Charges and permissions depend on your plan type.
Invite people to your Workspace
You can invite members to your Workspace from your mobile settings or Home.
If you're on a paid plan without any available seats, you will be charged for an additional member seat.
Mobile settings
To invite someone to your Workspace from your settings:
- From the left of your screen, swipe right to open the Sidebar.
- In the upper-right corner of the sidebar, tap the settings icon.
- Tap Invite users.
- Type the person's email address and tap Invite.
Home
To invite someone to your Workspace from Home:
- In the upper-left of Home, tap the invite icon.
- Type the person's email address and tap Invite.
You can also invite people to join your Workspace from the web browser or desktop app.
