Invite people to your Workspace in ClickUp 4.0

Invite members to your Workspace from the mobile app in ClickUp 4.0.

If you're on a paid plan without any available seats, you will be charged for an additional member seat.

From the settings page

To invite someone from the mobile app's settings page:

  1. In the upper-right corner, tap your personal avatar.
  2. Tap Invite users.
  3. Type the person's email address and tap Invite.

From Home

To invite someone from the mobile app's Home page:

  1. At the top of Home, tap the invite icon.

  2. Type the person's email address and tap Invite.

You can also invite people to join your Workspace from the web browser or desktop app.

  1. From Home, your Inbox, or My Work, tap your personal avatar in the upper-right corner.
  2. Tap Invite users.
  3. Type the person's email address and tap Invite.
