Assign a Chat message on mobile
To assign a Chat message on the mobile app:
- In any Channel or direct message, tap and hold the message.
- Select Assign to.
- Search for and select an assignee.
- The assignee will display above the message.
Resolve an assigned message on mobile
To resolve an assigned message on the mobile app, tap Resolve above the message. The name of the person who resolved the action item will be displayed above the message.
You can also tap the expand button next to Resolve to resolve or unassign the message.
View your assigned messages in ClickUp 4.0
Messages that have been triaged to you are displayed in the Assigned tab of Chat on the mobile app.
View your assigned messages in ClickUp 3.0
Messages that have been triaged to you are displayed in the FollowUps tab of Chat on the mobile app. If the message was assigned to you, it will also display in the Activity tab.
