Access your Form view settings from the Home Sidebar and Spaces Sidebar.

You can access the Form view settings menu for Forms added to:

• Favorites
• Custom sections
• Spaces or Folders

You can also access Form settings to control the behavior of each Form including Redirect URL on submission, automatically assigning submissions, applying a template to submissions, and more.

From Forms in the Home Sidebar and Spaces Sidebar

To access the Form view settings menu from the Home Sidebar or Spaces Sidebar:

• Hover over a Form and click the ellipsis ... icon.
• Or, right click on a Form.

Available options include:

• Favorite: Add the Form view to your favorites.
  • In ClickUp 4.0, from the favorites menu, you can:
    • Add the Form view to a custom section.
    • Pin to top.
• Rename view: Rename the Form view.
• Set alias: Change the label of the Form view in favorites and custom sections.
• Duplicate: Create a copy of the Form.
• Copy link: Copy a link to the Form view.
• Move to: Move your Form view to a location.
• Save as Template: Save the Form as a template.
• Archive: Archive the Form view
• Delete: Send the Form view to the Trash.
• Sharing & Permissions: Share the Form.
