Access and download Form submissions

To access and download the Form submission tasks:

In any tab, in the upper-left corner of the Form you can access and download your Form submissions:

• To easily navigate to the List where your Form submissions are created, click the responses button.

• Click the download button next to responses to export all submissions as a CSV file.

Form submissions exist in ClickUp only as the tasks they create. If a submission fails to create a task, it won't be shown in your Workspace Audit Log. Please share relevant details with ClickUp Support.
