Forms usage by user role and permissions
A Folder or List must be shared with the user and they need edit or full permissions.
Creating Form views varies by user role and permissions.

Create a Form: Guests with Full or Edit permissions for the location can create a Form in that location. Permissions can be added when the guest is invited or changed after the invitation. Edit a Form: Guests with Full or Edit permissions for the location plus the Create Views individual guest permission can edit a Form in that location. |
