Preview a Form
To see how your Form looks, at the top of the Form click the Preview tab.
The Preview tab does not display the cover image. To check the welcome screen with its cover image, open the public Form URL. See Customize a Form's design.
You can also submit a test response and take a look at the submission task!
Test conditional logic paths
If your Form includes conditional logic questions, you can test each logic path by answering the Form questions in the Preview tab.
Each answer reveals the next question directly below the question that triggered it, one level at a time. An answer that matches no conditional logic rule reveals nothing.
One per page layout
If you're using the One per page layout, review each page of the Form.
Click Start on the welcome screen, then use Next and the back arrow icon to move between questions. Required fields must be answered before proceeding.
Each conditional question that is revealed has its own page placed after the question that triggered it.
Publish a Form
By default, your Form is active and can be shared publicly.
To deactivate the Form, in the upper-right corner of the Form, click the Published toggle off.
Open a Form in a new tab
To open the Form in a new tab in the upper-right corner, click the new tab icon.
Edit a Form response message
On the Business Plus Plan and above, you can edit the message that displays when people have submitted their Form response.
To edit the response message:
- Select the Build tab.
- On the left side of the Form, click End Page.
- Click into the text box, and edit the message.
