Share or embed a Form

There's a limit of 500 Forms responses that can be submitted per hour, per IP address.

Before you can share the link to your Form, you need to make sure it's Active. Click the toggle in the upper right-hand corner of your Form to switch it on or off.

Once your Form is active, you can share the link with anyone, or use an HTML code to embed your Form on a webpage.

Use the down arrow next to the Copy link button to find Sharing settings:

  • Expire link: Set a time for your link to be deactivated. This is only available for Enterprise plans.

  • Share link with search engines: Allow your Form link to be indexed by search engines.

  • Autosize embed height: For embedded Forms, choose to have it take up the available width and height.

  • Embed code: Get a code to use for embedding a Form on a web page.

    • For security reasons, redirect URLs do not work when you're embedding a Form.

Export Form responses

You can easily create a CSV export of your Form responses by clicking the export icon in the upper-left corner. If your Form doesn't have any responses, the export icon won't be visible. The export will only include default/standard fields. Custom Fields will not be exported or included in the report.
