In the Settings tab, you can apply a task template to Form submission tasks or automatically assign them. There are also advanced setting options available for Business Plus Plans and above, like hiding ClickUp branding and adding a redirect URL.

Choose where submission tasks are created
If your Form was created at a Space or Folder Hierarchy level, you can change the List where the tasks are created. If your Form is at the List level, you can move it to a different Folder or Space.
To choose where submission tasks are created:
- At the top of the Form, select the Settings tab.
- In the right sidebar's After submitting form section, click the Create task in dropdown.
- Choose a List.
Automatically assign Form submissions
You can automatically assign Form submissions to one person in your Workspace.
To automatically assign Form submissions:
- At the top of the Form, select the Settings tab
- In the right sidebar's Assign tasks to section, click the person icon.
- Search for and select one or more assignees.
When a Form is submitted anonymously and Assign tasks to is applied, the task activity will show ClickBot (Automations) assigned to: [name of the user selected].
Apply a template to submissions
To automatically apply a task template to Form-created tasks:
- At the top of the Form, click Settings.
- In the right sidebar under After submitting the form, click the dropdown next to Apply a template upon submission.
- From the Template Center, select a template.
- In the upper-right corner of the Template modal, click Use Template.
Submission settings
Many of these are advanced settings and are only available on the Business Plus Plan and above.
In the Submission settings section of the right sidebar, you can choose from the following options:

Select a URL to redirect people to after they submit the Form. Available on the Business Plus Plan and above. Form view redirect URLs will only work on public links and if you fill out a Form on a browser that doesn't have your ClickUp account logged in, the task created by the submission will show as created by ClickBot. For security reasons, redirect URLs do not work when you're embedding a Form. |

Edit a Form response message
On the Business Plus Plan and above, you can edit the message that displays when people have submitted their Form response.
To edit the response message:
- Select the Build tab.
- On the left side of the Form, click End Page.
- Click into the text box, and edit the message.
Customize a Form's design
Customizing the design elements of your Form, by changing the layout, theme, and colors, or adding a cover image is available on the Business Plus Plan and above.
