Monthly

The task can recur on:

The same day each month.

Custom Set the task to recur using a custom number of days, weeks, months, or years. For example, your task can recur every 90 days, or every 3 months (quarterly).

You can trigger the recurrence when the task is in a particular status. Options include:

  • When closed: When the task is set to a closed status.
  • When done: When the task is set to a Done status.
  • On schedule: When the selected date arrives, regardless of the task's status.

If you're using On schedule, the Update Status To option will appear allowing you to set the status of the task once it has recurred.

Tasks set to recur On schedule that are marked as Done or Closed before their due date will create the next occurrence immediately.
