Tasks that appear in Calendar view are color-coded based on the task's status. Changes made to a Calendar view on mobile update the same view on other devices.

Open or create a Calendar view on the mobile app

To open or create a Calendar view on the mobile app:

1. From the left side of your screen, swipe right to open the sidebar.
2. Open the Space, Folder, or List:
   • To open a Space or Folder, tap the open icon to the right of its name.
     
   • To open a List, tap the List name.
   • To expand the contents of a Space or Folder, tap it.
3. At the top, tap the current view name.
4. Open or create a Calendar view:
   • To open a Calendar view, tap it.
   • To create a new Board view, tap Add view and select Calendar.

Search or filter tasks in Calendar view on the mobile app

To search or filter tasks in Calendar view on the mobile app:

1. At the top of the view, tap the toggle icon.

2. Use the search and filters at the top to find tasks:

   • Search: Search for tasks by name.

   • Filter: Add one or more filters to display only tasks that meet the criteria.

   • Show closed: Show closed tasks by enabling the Show closed filter.

   • Recur: Show future recurring tasks by enabling the Recur filter.

Change the Calendar view timescale on the mobile app

To change the Calendar view timescale on the mobile app:

1. At the top of the Calendar view, tap the current timescale. By default, it is set to Day.
2. Choose a different timescale option.

To open today's date in your Calendar view at any time, tap Today in the upper-right.
