Use comments on the mobile app

Communicate with your team in tasks from anywhere using the mobile app.

Leave a comment

To leave a comment:

  1. At the bottom of the Activity tab, tap Post an update.
  2. Type your comment. You can use rich text editing, Voice Clips, upload images and videos, and more.

    Type @@ to mention others or @@@ to mention Docs!

  3. Tap the send icon.

If you don't want to send your comment yet, drafts are temporarily saved.

Reply to a comment

To reply to a comment:

  1. Tap the comment.
  2. At the bottom, tap Reply to this thread.

  3. Type your comment. You can use rich text editing, Voice Clips, upload images and videos, and more.

    Type @@ to mention others or @@@ to mention Docs!

  4. Tap the send icon.

Resolve a comment

To resolve an assigned comment, tap the Resolve checkbox on the comment.

Edit, assign, and interact with comments

Tap and hold a comment to see the following options:

  • Edit: Edit the comment. Only the comment author can edit it.
  • Assign to: Assign the comment to someone.
  • Create task: Quickly create a new task.
  • Copy link: Copy the URL of the comment to your clipboard.
  • Copy text: Copy the comment content to your clipboard.
  • Delete: Delete the comment. Only the comment author can delete it.
