What you'll need
- The Tasks in Multiple Lists ClickApp is not available on the Free Forever Plan.
- Only Workspace owners and admins can enable or disable ClickApps.
- Guests can't use Tasks in Multiple Lists.
Add a task to an additional List
- Make sure the Tasks in Multiple Lists ClickApp is enabled.
- In the upper-left of your task window, hover your mouse over the Move task icon.
- To select an additional List, click the plus icon to reveal a dropdown menu for selecting another List.
- The new List name displays to the right of any other Lists. If there are more than two additional Lists, their names are collapsed.
Task edits and comments are displayed in every List.
- Open your task.
- Click the ellipsis ... located next to the Share button.
- Select + Add to.
- Click Add to another List.
- Select a List from the dropdown menu.
Tasks in multiple Lists will sync across all Lists.
Remove a task from an additional List
- Open your task.
- From the upper-left of your task window, click the X icon next to the List you're removing.
Add multiple tasks to an additional List
- In List view, hover over the tasks and click the circle to the left of each task.
- From the Bulk Action Toolbar, select the Move tasks or add tasks in multiple Lists option.
- From the modal, select the Add to Lists tab and select the List.
Tip: To notify all watchers, check the Send notifications box in the lower-left of the modal.
You can move tasks and add them back to their current List using the Bulk Action Toolbar or Automations.
Remove multiple tasks from an additional List
- In List view, hover over the tasks and click the circle to the left of each task.
- From the Bulk Action Toolbar, select the Remove tasks from this List option.
- Click the Remove from this List button.
Tip: To notify all watchers, check the Send notifications box in the lower-left of the modal.
