Integrations on tasks

You can work with third party apps from your tasks using integrations.

Icons for integrations are displayed on tasks once they've been added to your Workspace by an owner or admin through the App Center.

Use integrations from tasks

Third party apps that allow you to interact directly from ClickUp tasks are displayed in the right sidebar.

Use an integration from tasks

The actions you can take on tasks vary for each integration.

  • Click on the icon for the integration.
  • Take an action.

For example, with GitHub, you can:

  • Copy and paste the commands, including git checkout -b "your-default-branch-name"  to create and checkout a new branch linked to the task.
  • View linked pull requests, branches, and commits.
