Blocked camera or microphone

If your camera or microphone is blocked, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure your browser is routed to the correct camera and microphone.
  2. Enable Incognito or Private mode in your browser. This overrides ad blockers and other extensions that can block your camera or microphone.
  3. Ensure other apps aren't using your camera or mic. For example, another conferencing app may be open.
  4. If you're using a VPN, contact your IT department.

Manually unblock your camera in Chrome

If you're using Google Chrome, you can manually unblock your camera:

  1. In the upper-right corner of Chrome, click the three dots icon, then click Settings.
  2. Click Privacy and security and select Site settings.
  3. Click Camera.
  4. Review your blocked and allowed sites.
  5. If app.clickup.com is blocked, select it and click the dropdown menu next to Camera. Select Allow.
