What is Meetings Hub?

Use Meetings Hub to view upcoming meetings, access your AI meeting notes, and ask questions about your meetings, all from one centralized location.

Open Meetings Hub

In your Home Sidebar, select Meetings.

If you don't see Meetings in your Home sidebar:

  1. At the bottom of the sidebar, click More.
  2. Select Meetings.

Meetings Hub is only displayed if the AI Notetaker ClickApp is enabled.

Send AI Notetaker to an ad hoc meeting

You can send AI Notetaker to any Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams meeting directly from Meetings Hub — no calendar event needed.

To send AI Notetaker to an ad hoc meeting:

  1. In the upper-right corner, click Send AI Notetaker.
  2. Paste your meeting link and select a Notetaker type.
  3. Click Send Now.

AI Notetaker will join the meeting and take notes. After the meeting ends, your notes Doc will be added to the meeting notes table.

Upcoming meetings

The Upcoming Meetings section displays your calendar events for today, pulled from your connected calendar. Each event shows the meeting title, start and end time, time until the meeting begins, and attendees.

View event details

Click any event to open a detail popup with the meeting title, date and time, attendee RSVPs, and any video call join links.

Join a meeting

After you've connected your Google or Outlook Calendar, upcoming events with video conferencing appear in the Upcoming Meetings section.

To join a meeting, click Join Meeting on the event.

Open your Planner

To view your Planner, click Open Calendar in the upper-right corner of the Upcoming Meetings section.

Create a new calendar event

To create a new calendar event from Meetings Hub, click + New Event in the Upcoming Meetings section.

Prepare for a meeting with AI

When a meeting is coming up, a Prep button appears next to it. Click Prep to open an AI chat that automatically researches the meeting context, reviews recent conversations with attendees, and surfaces relevant information to help you walk in prepared.

The AI prep session is saved to your AI Chats in the sidebar and can be accessed any time before or after the meeting.

Ask AI about your meetings

The AI prompt bar at the top of Meetings Hub lets you ask questions across all of your captured meeting notes. Use it to find decisions, surface action items, or get summaries without having to open individual Docs.

Ask a question

To ask a question about your meetings:

  1. Click the AI prompt bar.
  2. Type your question, or click one of the suggested prompts below the bar.

Brain opens on the right side of the screen with your answer. Each conversation can be accessed later from your chat history.

Mention specific context

To focus your question on a specific task, Doc, Channel, or more, click the @ icon in the lower-left corner of the prompt bar before typing.

Use saved prompts

To reuse prompts you've saved previously:

  1. Click the note icon in the lower-left corner of the prompt bar.
  2. Search or browse your saved prompts.
  3. Click a prompt to insert it.

To save a new prompt, click Save prompt from the same menu.

Use Talk to Text

Click the microphone icon on the right side of the prompt bar to dictate your question using voice input.

View and manage meeting notes

Below the Upcoming Meetings section, Meetings Hub displays all of your AI Notetaker meeting notes in a table grouped by time period.

Each row shows the meeting note Doc name, any Doc tags, the date created, and who the note has been shared with.

Open a meeting note

Click the name of any meeting note to open it. Each meeting note Doc includes:

  • Overview: A brief summary of the meeting's key points.
  • Key Takeaways: The most important decisions and insights in bullet form.
  • Next Steps: A checklist of action items from the meeting.
  • Key Topics: Expandable categorized topics discussed during the meeting.
  • Recording: For meetings of one hour or less, an embedded video. For meetings over one hour, an audio recording of the meeting.
  • Transcript: The full conversation transcript. Sometimes, this is on a separate Doc page.
  • Chat History: The video conference app's chat history from the meeting.

Meeting notes can also be accessed from your Docs Hub.

Copy a link to a meeting note

Hover over a meeting note row and click the link icon, or click the ellipsis ... icon on the right and select Copy link.

Favorite a meeting note

Hover over a meeting note row and click the star icon, or click the ellipsis ... icon and select Favorite. Favorited notes are accessible from your Favorites in the Home Sidebar.

Add Doc tags

To add Doc tags to a meeting note:

  1. To the right of the meeting note, hover over the Tags column.
  2. Click Add tags.
  3. Search for and select, or create, a tag.

Share a meeting note

To share a meeting note:

  1. To the right of the meeting note, hover over the Sharing column.
  2. Click your personal avatar.
  3. Update the Doc's sharing settings.

Filter meeting notes

To filter meeting notes:

  1. Below the Upcoming Meetings section, click the filters icon.
  2. Select a filter:
    • Title
    • Tag
    • Owner
    • Sharing
    • Date created
    • Notetaker type
  3. Add any additional parameters.

Filter by Doc tags

To filter by Doc tags, click the tag name below the Upcoming Meetings section.

You can filter by multiple Doc tags at once.

Search meeting notes

To search for a meeting note by name:

  1. In the upper-right corner of the notes table, click Search.
  2. Type the name of the meeting note.

The table filters in real time to show matching results.

Customize columns

The Name column is always visible. You can show or hide the remaining columns to customize your view.

To show or hide columns:

  1. Click the plus icon to the far right of the column headers.
  2. Toggle any column on or off.

Available columns include:

Column Description
Name The title of the meeting note Doc. Always visible.
Tags Any Doc tags added to the meeting note.
Date created The date the meeting note was created.
Sharing The people the note has been shared with.
Notetaker Type The type of AI Notetaker used for the meeting.
