Activate the Chat ClickApp
To use Chat, a Workspace owner or admin must activate the ClickApp for your Workspace.
To activate the Chat ClickApp:
- Open the App Center.
- From the App Center's left sidebar, click All ClickApps.
- Browse or search for the Chat ClickApp.
- Click the toggle to enable it.
Chat view is not accessible while the Chat ClickApp is activated. The Comment Reactions and Threaded Comments ClickApps cannot be deactivated while the Chat ClickApp is activated.

Once the ClickApp has been enabled, people can access Chat by selecting it in the Sidebar.
