Activate the Chat ClickApp
To use Chat, the ClickApp must be activated in your Workspace.
To activate the Chat ClickApp:
- Open the App Center.
- In the App Center sidebar, click All ClickApps.
- Search for and select the Chat ClickApp.
- Click the toggle to enable it.
The Comment Reactions and Threaded Comments ClickApps cannot be deactivated while the Chat ClickApp is activated.

Channels and direct messages live in your Home Sidebar section and can also be accessed from the Chat Sidebar.
