Create a Chat Automation

Unlike regular Automations, Chat Automations can only be created and used in Chat Channels.

To create a Chat Automation:

1. In the upper-right corner of the Channel, click the lightning icon.
2. Click Create Automation.
3. Select a Trigger.
4. Select an Action.
5. Click Create.
