  • ClickUp AI is not available in certain countries. See the list of countries where AI is not available at the end of this article.

ClickUp AI trial

ClickUp AI is activated in all Workspaces on a trial basis.

Deactivate the ClickUp AI trial

To deactivate your Workspace's ClickUp AI trial, deactivate the AI ClickApp.

ClickUp AI trial usage limits by plan

This table shows AI trial usage limits per plan:

Brain Assistant features trial usage:

  • Workspaces with up to 10 people: 25 uses per Workspace
  • Workspaces with more than 10 people: 50 uses per Workspace

Talk to Text trial usage: 2,000 words per Workspace

Premium features AI trial usage: 500 total AI Super Credits

Free Forever Plans will need to upgrade to a paid plan to purchase AI.
Unlimited and Business

Brain Assistant features trial usage: 

  • Workspaces with up to 10 people: 50 uses per Workspace
  • Workspaces with more than 10 people: 75 uses per Workspace

Talk to Text trial usage: 10,000 words per Workspace

Premium features trial usage: 1,000 AI Super Credits per user
Business Plus and Enterprise

Brain Assistant trial usage: 

  • Workspaces with up to 10 people: 100 uses per Workspace
  • Workspaces with more than 10 people: 175 uses per Workspace

Talk to Text trial usage: 10,000 words per Workspace

Premium features trial usage: 1,000 AI Super Credits per user

You'll be notified when you reach 100% of your trial usage limits.

Purchase AI

Once your trial is over, you'll need to purchase one of these AI add-ons:

Brain Assistant access by user role

All user roles can use Brain Assistant in the locations and items they have access to. 

@Brain access by user role

Only members, admins, and owners can use @Brain.

BrainGPT access by user role

Only members, admins, and owners can use BrainGPT (formerly BrainMAX). 

Super Agent access by user role

There are privacy, security, and permissions that only apply to Super Agents. Learn more

These roles cannot see Super Agents profiles or create or trigger a Super Agent. 

Responses, or any other content Super Agents generate, are visible to anyone with access to that response or content.

Yes, by default these roles can create, trigger, manage, and interact with all public Super Agents. Learn more about Super Agent permissions. 

To edit Super Agent permissions, you must be on the Unlimited Plan or up. 

Autopilot Agent access by user role

All user roles can only use Autopilot Agents from locations and items they can access and have full or full edit permissions for.

Can trigger an Autopilot Agent created on a Space, Folder, or List. For example: An Autopilot Agent is configured so that when a task status changes, it will perform a specified action. 

If a Free Forever guest changes a task status in the Autopilot Agent's location, the Agent will act. 

Autopilot Agent won't respond to their Chat messages and task comments.
