Activate the AI Notetaker ClickApp
To use AI Notetaker and access Meetings Hub, an admin or owner must activate the AI Notetaker ClickApp.
Access to AI Notetaker on new plans
On new plans, AI Notetaker usage is included with your plan and is not offered as an add-on. The following plan inclusions apply:

AI Notetaker consumes a fixed 180 credits per notetaker hour. You can upgrade plans or purchase AI Credits to get more usage. For allowances and credit consumption, see AI Credits availability and limits.
For Workspaces on the new plans who have the existing AI Notetaker add-on, AI Notetaker will consume hours, instead of credits.
Access to AI Notetaker on existing plans
AI Notetaker usage can be purchased via the Everything AI add-on on paid plans. This option is available to purchase in your Workspace's billing page.
Try AI Notetaker
Admins can try AI Notetaker for free. Workspaces have 5 hours of free AI Notetaker usage per admin. Free hours are shared between all admins and do not reset. The Workspace owner counts as an admin.
For example, a Workspace with 3 admins shares 15 hours of free AI Notetaker usage. Members and guests cannot use free hours.
