Choose which AI models your Workspace can use

To open the model list, click AI Models under AI in the All settings sidebar.

When AI Models opens, you'll be viewing the text models your Workspace can use, grouped by provider, with each model's speed, cost, allowed roles, and an Enabled toggle.

Use the following controls on the AI Models page:

A person's own setting overrides their role's default and stays in place when the role default changes.

To open the per-person table, click People under AI in the All settings sidebar. When the page opens, you'll be viewing the per-person access and spend caps table with one row per person and one column per AI permission.

To show one role, click its name above the table, such as Members. To find one person, type their name in Search people in the upper-right corner of the table.
